I have noticed there is now a $20 fee with their warranty work but I asssume it is mostly for return shipment fees. Probably the biggest hurdle Croton has to achieve is their design choices. They have some winners, losers, and just plain weird designs. I think that is where they sort of lose the attention of many of the watch inflicted collectors/hobby/WIS crowd. I think if they could somehow zero in on design work like Invicta does with some really sharp designs and keep their qa and qc up to their normal good levels.then they would be more accessible and desirable.īut, with many of their designs, one is just left scratching one's head.ĭont get me wrong I really enjoy and love many of their designs and homage pieces and think they are great values.Īnd. I guess for awhile the Crotons were the Rodney Dangerfield of the affordables."getting no respect" "LIFETIME WARRANTY" and competitive pricing - those are factors you can't overlook. Heck, with your Croton (photo-inset) (Kutzi17), I'll wear that timepiece with pride. I better go back to that store after work and buy that Croton sports watch (sales price-$64 with an OS/Miyota Citizen movement) before somebody else (a WUS foruim member) snags it !!! 's up-for-grabs.
